Jim Trungale began his career in the mortgage industry while attending The University of Texas in Austin. After graduating with a B.A. in Economics in 1991, Jim spent the first six years of his
professional career as a loan officer in Dallas, Texas. When it came
available, Jim jumped at the opportunity to move back to Austin and open
his own mortgage office in 1997.
Jim, along with his business partner and brother, Tony, transformed that small Texas based broker office into a national mortgage banker employing over thirty Austinites today. As a subsidiary of PlainsCapital Corporation, their 6th Street office funded over $120,000,000 in residential mortgage loans in 2005. While being part of the leading independent financial organization in Texas is paramount to his success, Jim also credits his exceptional support staff and loyal customer base to his continued long term growth.
